Artwork should be supplied as a high resolution PDF or Quark file, in both cases complete with all images and fonts. Photographs should be at least 300dpi. All images should be CMYK. If they are not they will be altered, which can change the colours and lighten or darken them.
A low-resolution PDF file or hard copy of the advertisement should be supplied for proofing purposes.
Please confirm acceptability of any alternative file formats you intend
to use or additional charges may be incurred.
Artwork may be sent via ISDN (0115 958 8035), email or on CD. All
artwork should be clearly labelled with the advertiser, publication issue
and
any special
instructions (instructions for digital artwork should be included in
an accompanying read.me text file).
Please refer to the mechanical data for advertisement sizes.
Artwork supplied at incorrect size, or with insufficient bleed, will be
resized.
